A comprehensive handoff meeting and review of your plans, contracts and vendor team. Vendor communication and final confirmations leading up to the wedding. Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding-day timeline. Rehearsal coordination. On-site wedding-day management from setup through the final send-off.

From there, she takes over final vendor communication, confirms logistics and creates your wedding-day timeline. By wedding week, the details are in Brittany’s hands, leaving you free to enjoy the final days before your celebration.

When should we book?

Wedding Management typically begins 1–2 months before your wedding, but booking earlier is always encouraged to secure your date. Once the contract is signed, Brittany will review the plans already in place, connect with your vendor team and build out the details needed for a seamless wedding day.

We're a few weeks out and just found you. Is it too late?

Not necessarily. If your date is still available, Brittany can assess what’s already in place and determine whether there’s enough time to step in and provide the level of support your wedding requires.

What if we realize we need more help than Wedding Management?

If you find that you need more support as the wedding approaches, Brittany can discuss additional planning assistance or a move to Partial or Full-Service Planning, based on your needs, timeline and availability.
